At Orrele, our mission is to help people move, feel, and live better. We are confident in the effectiveness of our devices and proudly stand behind them with our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you consistently use your Orrele device and do not experience relief, you may request a return under the terms below.

Your 60-day trial begins on the day your order is delivered.

Like improving mobility through exercise or therapy, meaningful results often take time. Most customers begin noticing improvements within 1– 4 weeks of consistent use.

For this reason, we require a minimum 30-day usage period before a refund request can be submitted.

This allows customers enough time to properly evaluate the product.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to our return center and include all major components and accessories originally included with the order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require an additional 7–10 business days to reflect the refund.


Refund Eligibility & Deductions

Because Orrele devices are personal wellness products that come into direct contact with the body, returned items must be carefully inspected and cannot always be resold.

For this reason, the following refund conditions apply.

Used Products

If the product has been opened and used, a 20% medical sanitation and disposal fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers the cost of inspecting, handling, and properly disposing of non-resellable devices for hygiene and safety reasons.


Unopened / Unused Products

If the product is returned unused and in resellable condition, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

To qualify as unused:

• the product must not show signs of use
• all packaging must be intact
• all included items must be present


Missing Components

Returns must include all original components and accessories, including but not limited to:

• the device
• extension strap (if applicable)
• user manual
• original packaging
• accessories included with the order
• any bundled promotional items or free gifts

If components are missing or damaged, up to a 10% deduction may apply depending on the missing items.


Free Gifts

Free gifts (such as Pain Relief Patches) are considered part of the order bundle.

If they are not returned or are used, an additional deduction of up to 10% may apply.


Original Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable.


Express / Expedited Shipping

If express or expedited shipping was selected at checkout, the additional shipping upgrade cost is non-refundable.


Damaged or Broken Items

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or accidental damage are not eligible for a refund.

However, they may qualify for a free replacement under our 1-Year Warranty (one replacement per order).


Orrele™ 1-Year Warranty

All Orrele Therapy devices include a 1-Year Warranty.

Customers are entitled to one free replacement per order, including in cases of accidental damage.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will send a replacement as quickly as possible so you can begin experiencing relief without delay.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this window, the order enters processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• digital products
• extended warranties
• accessories sold separately
• items missing major components
• products showing signs of misuse or neglect


Reserved Rights

Orrele reserves the right to refuse or limit returns in cases of:

• excessive return activity
• fraudulent behavior
• abuse of our return policy

These measures help ensure a fair experience for all customers.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team before opening a dispute.

Once a chargeback is initiated with a bank or payment provider, we are temporarily unable to process refunds until the dispute is resolved.
