Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
You have the right to return any product purchased from Orrele within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@orrele.com with your order number, reason for return and any supporting images if applicable.
Please note that return shipping costs and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We can always send you a replacement free of charge!
Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, as these items are made to your specifications. As well as bulk orders and gift cards.
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
If you wish to return a product because you no longer need it, shipping costs will be deducted from the total disbursement. We will also not be responsible for errors made at checkout, whether that might be you selecting the incorrect product or providing incorrect address details resulting in a failed delivery.
